Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate sales documentation, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales and administrative teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing sales paperwork, including contracts, insurance and other forms.
- Verifying sales orders and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks related to client accounts.
- Inputting and updating data into company systems accurately.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure seamless processing of orders.
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of sales-related documents and reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in administration or business is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
