Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate sales documentation, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales and administrative teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing sales paperwork, including contracts, insurance and other forms.
  • Verifying sales orders and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks related to client accounts.
  • Inputting and updating data into company systems accurately.
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure seamless processing of orders.
  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of sales-related documents and reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in administration or business is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
