Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa, one of the leading multi-specialty physician clinics in the area, is seeking a full time CMA/LPN/RN for its Hematology/Oncology department. 

Signing bonus is available for this position!

 

Primary duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive direct patient care: Supporting healthcare providers in various procedures, administering injections, and assist in patient rooming.
• Nurse visits: Complete nurse appointments for seamless patient care delivery.
• Efficient scheduling and monitoring: Managing imaging and follow-up appointments to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
• Streamlined coordination of ancillary and treatment appointments: Facilitating smooth transitions between various medical appointments for comprehensive patient care.
• Patient-centered communication: Engaging with patients effectively to address their needs and concerns with empathy and clarity.

 

Requirements: 

• The successful candidate must maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times. 
• The qualified individual will be patient focused and must work well with team members.
• Must also have a high level of comfort in working with computer systems. 
• Experience in a medical office performing similar functions is preferable, but not required.
