This position is responsible for the oversight and direction of the Daycare and Group Respite programs, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.

Duties:

• This includes assessing staff performance through ongoing coaching, providing recognition for achievements, and conducting performance evaluations.
• The position also provides guidance and direction on the implementation of services for individuals and families.

Requirements:

• Problem solving and decision making, attention to detail, collaboration with peers, and clear verbal and written communication are essential to this position.
•  A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or other related field preferred; or commensurate experience.
• This position must meet requirements set forth by DHS pertaining to experience in a daycare center, education, and child development related training, or have the ability to meet requirements within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on excel, Windows, and internet navigation, and prior supervisory experience in human services are requirements of this position.
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is desired.
