As the Executive Director of UnityPoint Health PACE, you will be responsible for leading and developing the direction of the UnityPoint Health Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care services consistent with the mission, vision, values and goals of the program. You will leverage your expertise to drive the program expansion from the current site location in Sioux City, IA to additional sites including Waterloo and Cedar Rapids.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of the program’s strategic plan, including the multi-site expansion initiative.
- Driving quality oversight including short term and long-term planning.
- Exercising fiscal controls including managing revenue and program costs.
- Ensuring program compliance with federal and state regulations and licensing, accreditation, and certification requirements.
- Leading internal & external marketing and outreach initiatives to drive program forward.
- Driving stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners.
- Present program updates and deliverables to top level leaders including Board of Directors.
This position can be in any of the following Iowa site locations based on candidate preference: Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Des Moines, or Sioux City.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of PACE program management experience including program administration, program development, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Current driver’s license, ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to site locations based on business need.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in influencing stakeholder engagement both internally and externally.
- Experience with PACE related financial dynamics to drive operational efficiencies.
- Experience leading and developing direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MS or MBA).
- Experience scaling a PACE program.
