JE Adams Industries is an employee owned local manufacture of car wash equipment that has been in business for over 45 years! We currently have a first shift M-F opening for an experienced Sales & Operations Support Specialist. We are looking for a customer-oriented person to act as a liaison between the sales department and our customers. The Sales & Operations Support Specialist will provide product information, process sales orders, set up shipments and resolve any emerging problems that our customers and sales reps might have with accuracy and efficiency. We work in a fast paced environment that requires our team to adapt easily to change and work with one another to meet our structured deadlines.

Job Duties:

• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, must be able to multi-task
• Meet order entry and shipment paperwork deadlines daily, organization skills are a must
• Complete International shipping documents
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and help out teammates

Desired Skills:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening
• Basic computer skills (Outlook email, Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenarios
• Bilingual a plus
