Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
The project manager will be resposible for managing various construction projects in collaboration with field staff and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, with established quality and requirements established for the scope of work for the job.
Be able to collaborate with owners, clients, estimators, interior designers and construction personnel to coordidnate and organize projects from start to finish.
Build project schedules to help facillitate good flow of projects, subcontractors and staff.
Track Change Orders
Communicate with project owners, company owners, subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct regular meetings with staff and field personnel to facilitate communication about projects under construction.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience as a construction manager
In-depth understanding of construciton procedures, materials and project management principles.
Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards
Proficient in MS Office - especially Excel
Familiar with construction/project management software - i.e. Builder Trend
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
A team player with leadership abilities
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
