Randy’s Flooring is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll / Accounting Specialist to join our team at our Coralville store. This full-time position is integral to the success of our company, ensuring smooth payroll processing, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional support for our employees and subcontractors. This is a full-time, hourly position with work hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

• 1+ years payroll and accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly subcontractor payments and bi-weekly employee payroll through our payroll service.
• Prepare and file 401(k) reports in a timely manner.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and job costing activities.
• Support the annual benefits enrollment process and other HR-related tasks as needed.
• Cross-train in other functional areas within the accounting department to provide comprehensive support.
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the company’s goals.
