As the 2nd longest-standing employee of Thermal Shop (short only of the Founder himself), it was hard for me to sit down and answer this question- there was simply too much to say! How to condense years of fulfilling work into a few mere words or paragraphs? So, I decided to poll the current employees, and condense their ideas instead. Here is what they said:
